La politique ne consiste pas dans l’acte soi-disant "citoyen" de voter sur demande, c’est-à-dire dans l’offrande d’un petit cadeau à quelque idole des médias. Elle s’exerce dans tous les actes de vie sociale : l’art, la chanson, la littérature, le boycott d’une marchandise nocive, et surtout dans toute création collective : association, expression dans un média, production autogérée d’un bien commun.
