Argues that this Chinese anarchist periodical, published in Paris in 1907, was tinted of republican nationalism and therefore departed from anarchist orthodoxy. Most of the members of this group were active in the consolidation of the Republic and several held prominent positions in the Guomindang in the 1920s.
