René Bianco is a founder of the International Research Center on Anarchism (CIRA) in Marseilles (France).
He is the author of an essential analysis of the French anarchist press and also of several publications concerning anarchists in the French Resistance to Nazi occupation during World War II and an extended bibliography of the anarchist French press in the world
